The red wine "Bardolino" doc classico is fermented with " le vinacce" for 5 days without adding selected yeasts and without the help of temperature controls. Everything is entrusted to the care of skilled hand of man that according to the rhythms of nature, will help to get this wine. The grapes are harvested possibly in the Crescent Moon in the autumn between late September and early October. The wine is then bottled in the waning Moon following Easter.
