Soleluna
The totally organically managed Soleluna Estate is home to olive trees of typical Lake Garda cultivars, a lemon grove from which we harvest lemons to produce our delicious limoncino, and lush gardens of aromatic and medicinal herbs. At the centre of the estate is the agriturismo where our guests can relax in the lush Mediterranean garden or by the pool.
Starting from the farm's garden, walking along a path of olive trees, one arrives at the entrance to the organic farm marked by the figure of a stone labyrinth.
The labyrinth, an ancient symbol with great primordial significance, is a gift from architect Gigi Capriolo. As a symbol of connection between high and low, between what is inside and what is outside each of us, it is meant to represent the path each of us is facing at this moment in history: a time of Great Change for the whole of humanity.
The extra virgin olive oil produced on the estate with the typical olives found in the Gardesano area, from organic farming, like all our products. We strive to offer a high quality product in full respect of nature, natural just as nature intended it to be.
Esveal essential oils are produced in Esveal's in-house laboratory. All the essential oils produced are organically grown. We are particularly attached to our Bio essential oils produced in full respect of nature.
The liqueurs produced on our estate, all strictly from organic farming. They are characterised by flavour and aroma that have no equal. At Soleluna we are proud of our liqueur creations that express the best of the liqueur tradition that the wonderful Garda area has to offer.
On our organically cultivated estate, we grow olive trees, the prized Lake Garda lemons, and produce and process a wide range of medicinal plants, including rosemary, lavender, sage, and cypress. The plants are processed in our workshop on the farm. Guests can visit a large part of the farm, we will answer any questions you may have about our products, and we will be very happy to show you the fruits of our labour.
